With over 25 years of international experience in EPC, Henri-Michel Laborda has dedicated his career to delivering hospitals, universites, and infrastructure projects that create real impact. A Civil Engineer graduated from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées , he combines leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for building solutions that serve communities across Africa, Europe, and Central Asia. His curriculum include 12 years of Colas, 8 years of CFE and he has successfully led large-scale programs such as the construction of hospitals in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, the University of Languages in Chad. His track record also includes bridges in Cameroon, hospital refurbishments in Ghana, water treatment plants for the African Development Bank, satellite control center in Turkmenistan, a dam in Morocco and major renovaons of leading shopping malls, hotels Georges V, hospitals in France and totaling more than 4 billion euros of work.

Jörg has more than 40 years of professional in the Construction Business, ranging from Infrastructure (TGV High speed train track France, Waste Water treatment Plants) to Industrial Plants in turn key (Heineken breweries in DRC, Ethiopia and Côte d’Ivoire, Malt Factory Ethiopia), Football Stadium in Libya and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi as well as ready to move apartments and houses in Germany.
German national, he started his career in Germany and France, before the international contractual assignments started in 2007. Fluent in English and French he was in Senior positions on multi Millions, seeing Billions $ projects. Earning respect of Clients and Coworkers by sharing experiences and knowhow,  keeping the sites on track and time.
Skilled in Project Estimation, Renovation, Construction, Management, and Contract Management. Strong operations professional with a Diploma focused in Construction (Fachhoschule Koblenz, Diplom Ingenieur (FH)). Site oriented to lead People , rigorous for Quality, Budget and Schedule, Jörg oversees the projects in the western Africa Countries from A to Z for our Clients.
